...your MASSAGE balls! You might have seen people using foam rollers in the gym, but did you know you can do it at home using a tennis ball? Here's a short video showing you how to use a tennis ball, rubber dog ball, or spiky massage ball to ease tension that might have built up in the shoulders. Rules for ball rolling:
1. Don't go too heavy on the pressure - it's best to start off light and work up to firmer pressure.
2. DO NOT PUT PRESSURE DIRECTLY ON THE SPINE.
3. You don't need to be doing this for hours - just a couple of minutes either side. Little and often is better than constant rolling.
